PROCEDURES AND FEES

Arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of dispute resolution handled privately by ADR Roundtable members are "self-administered." This means each neutral administers the matter through his or her own office, including all billing, scheduling, and other matters. There are no separate administrative fees.

Typically members of the ADR Roundtable charge by the hour, half-day or day, and often have a range of rates depending on availability, nature and magnitude of the dispute, number of parties, and other factors. Some members have cancellation fees.
