Currently President of Bertram Dispute Resolution, Inc. (BDR), a Pacific Northwest ADR service provider, Gregg Bertram has served as a full-time mediator/arbitrator for approximately 20 years. Prior to establishing BDR, he was a principal of JAMS, a national/international ADR organization for 8 1/2 years and still earlier a neutral with WAMS, a Seattle-based ADR company. Gregg has mediated or arbitrated more than 3,500 cases and has substantial experience with commercial, tort (including professional negligence), real estate, construction, intellectual property, maritime and estate and trust disputes. He is a board member of the Federal Bar Association, a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration and Mediation panels and certified by the International Mediation Institute. Gregg has been a WL&P Super Lawyer designee since 1999 and has been recognized periodically as a “Top Lawyer” by Seattle Magazine. Gregg is also a frequent speaker to professional audiences.
