- Discussing environment issues and marine spills before audiences in Australia and the U.S.;
- Describing American class actions and products liability issues to Japanese businessmen in Tokyo;

- Discussing control of litigation costs before business audiences; and
- Made a number of appearances on Northwest Cable News, KOMO, and KING television to discuss legal issues particularly relating to antitrust cases.
