Spoken at American Bar Association meetings as well as Washington State Bar Association meetings. Some examples of presentations are:

    • Discussing environment issues and marine spills before audiences in Australia and the U.S.;
    • Describing American class actions and products liability issues to Japanese businessmen in Tokyo;
    • Discussing legal risk management before business audiences;
    • Describing antitrust risks in the intellectual property area to lawyers;
    • Discussing control of litigation costs before business audiences; and
    • Made a number of appearances on Northwest Cable News, KOMO, and KING television to discuss legal issues particularly relating to antitrust cases.
