Law Practice

  • Practice is centered around complex litigation of commercial disputes in state and federal courts, and in mediation and arbitration. Emphasis is on antitrust and trade regulation, intellectual property, construction disputes and eminent domain, but represents individuals and business entities in commercial litigation of all types. Mr. Greenan has often served as a mediator or arbitrator, and, by court appointments, as a special master supervising discovery in complex litigation.

  • Admitted to practice, and has appeared before, the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth, Tenth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the Courts of the State of Washington. In addition, has appeared, on a case by case basis, before Federal and State courts in many states throughout the country.
