Mr. Hall has engaged in trial practice continuously since 1975 litigating cases in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, including commercial torts, securities litigation, investment fraud, contract disputes, employment litigation, consumer protection, and intellectual property.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience
Chair, Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, Federal Bar Association, Western District of Washington (2003-2005); Co-Chair (2007).
Mr. Hall is an experienced settlement mediator and arbitrator in civil litigation. He has been appointed as a Special Master by the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. His experience includes a wide range of legal issues and industries.
Mr. Hall has attended and participated in numerous CLE training sessions on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
