- ADR Experience
Participated in three training sessions and dozens of mediations for three years with "Settlement Now" during the late 1990s. Attendee and Presenter at several mediation seminars. Qualified for and conducted CR 39.1 mediations for U.S. District Court cases. Successfully mediated in excess of 100 cases from 1996 to date, and served as neutral or sole arbitrator in a similar number of cases.
