Henry Jameson is a trial lawyer. He handles a wide variety of civil cases, both jury and non-jury, in state and federal courts. He has tried cases involving issues that range from recovery of insurance proceeds for a professional athlete (Bosworth v. Underwriters at Lloyds) to valuation of a publicly traded corporation for a Wall Street investor (Pacific Telecom v. Gabelli Funds) to breach of fiduciary duty caused by a trustee's imprudent investments (Ingram v. Seattle First National Bank). He is experienced in construction law and has represented contractors, owners and architects in numerous arbitration hearings. He also serves frequently as a mediator and arbitrator. He has mediated cases throughout the State of Washington and in Oregon, Alaska and Vancouver, B.C.
