My professional work includes mediation, litigation and counseling of clients. I have served as a hearing officer, and as a mediator on a wide range of disputes that arose in the workplace or which involved educational institutions, churches and other non-profit entities. As a trial lawyer, I handle commercial and tort litigation with particular emphasis on labor law including discrimina¬tion, wrongful discharge and whistle-blower cases. I have repre¬sented individuals, for profit and not for profit corporations and governmental entities in contested matters in state and federal court and before regulatory agencies and commissions. My practice also includes providing advice and training to employers.
