- Since the mid-1970's, mediated, arbitrated, tried, presided over and acted as special master in complex commercial disputes relating to securities, insider trading, malpractice, unfair and anticompetitive trade practices, profit-sharing disputes in the dissolution of law firms, university and faculty disciplinary proceedings, environmental disputes, hazardous waste clean-up, multiple layers of insurance coverage, international software ownership and licensing, and trust and business disputes, valued into nine figures
- As Chief Civil Judge and as Chief Asbestos Judge, conducted and supervised not only preparation and trial but also the settlement of hundreds of product liability cases
