Legal Experience and Work History
Eighteen years' experience as an attorney and Human Resource Professional. Marcella has litigated employment cases, negotiated labor agreements, counseled employers, and provided training for a variety of employment-related topics. Marcella is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, has worked as a Human Resource executive for a Fortune 50 company and negotiated a landmark agreement with the Department of Labor which has became the basis of recent amendments to Office of Federal Contract Compliance regulations.

Law Practice
Law practice focuses on mediation and arbitration of employment disputes, conducting investigations, human resource consulting, and providing employment and labor law advice to small and large employers. Other areas of emphasis include providing training for executives and management, and conducting human resource and affirmative action audits.

    Compensation

      Arbitrations/Mediations: $265 per hour. Per diem/flat fee options available, plus costs and expenses. Arbitrations can be administered through AAA. May be cancellation fee if arbitration hearing canceled fewer than 14 days before scheduled hearing date (fewer than 30 days for multi-day hearings).
